The reason Rick Perry had a brain cramp on Wednesday was because his government-agencies-I’d-eliminate is, to him, a shopping list, not something he actually believes or knows anything about. And, by the way, when you do it once, it’s a brain cramp. When you do it during every debate, it’s who you are.
